Growing as a person....
Good morning sr. Been a long time since I posted. Today is 46 days. I am learning alot about myself. It's really quite amazing.
Benefits: Drawbacks: none
Sleeping sound, almost zero anxiety, true emotions, no hangovers, standing up for what I believe in without worry, a great new group of friends who can relate to me. and a peaceful mind.
Quitting drinking is one of the best, if not the best decision I have ever made. It hasn't been the easiest, but definitely the most rewarding. Asking for help and sticking with it is an absolute must if you are going to succeed. This journey is too much for me to do alone. Best wishes to those who are just staring out on this journey. One day at a time is all you have to worry about. Xoxo
