How to Manage Your Drinking

Its interesting when people post their plan for how they are going to manage or moderate their drinking. Makes me glad I don't drink any more. I had a new plan every day. I am just 13 days in, but I finally have a plan I can live with.

The only way I can manage my drinking is by not drinking. If you are truly an alcoholic then you can't moderate it. If you're not then good for you lol.

Love it! This is now the name of my official plan.

In all seriousness, plans suggest the future instead of now, which is my own "plan". Right now, I'm not drinking, so I rock.

The idea that somehow, someday I would both control and enjoy my drinking is the obsession of every abnormal drinker. Like it says somewhere in the BB, when I controlled it I didnt enjoy it, and when I enjoyed it I didnt control it!!
