Sometimes you hump the hill. Very tough for me at times. Could not really get out and around much today so I do what I can. And I do not do what I can not. I was feeling sorry for my self be cause of lots of pain but then thought I am am sober and have so many friends on SR.

I like how you always look for the positive, the bright side, and that is very helpful to me.

That is a good thing. I am in so much pain it is like In need SR and stuff to just get it away for a bit. When the weather gets really bad and old injuries really hurt there is no place to go but head and heart.

Does a good soak in a hot tub or sitting in a sauna help you ? It does wonders for these bones.

Man it is a trip. Up half the night with a tooth ache. If it ain't the heart or head its a tooth ache. I keep thinking of the line what a long strange trip its been Morning all from very cold Northern Nevada.
