Brothers and Sisters I Am Tired And Twisted

Been trying to help people in our storm. Now i am just tired and needing to help myself. On line with Sr and some shows, bundled up and in bed and it is OK. Like I spent my life trying to make up for bad things but nothing was meant to be bad. Is self forgiveness part of recovery?

For me it was, Fitz, most definitely. Maybe more like self acceptance, but it comes to the same thing.

darn right it is. not only that, but we gotta take care of ourselves before we help others.

i am working on it why I am sober and on line but like the plane thing that says if the masks come down put it on yourself than help the kids. Not so easy. The funniest thing was gettting sober for my wife Than she left me because I was not as funny. Now trying to be sober and funny. It can be done.
