I am here still. Left work had to go to the grocery. I talked to myself through the whole thing. Had to get Root Beer and it's in the booze aisle, of course. They are selling gallon bottles of Vodka in the store now. I'm ok. Seeing all that liquor turned my stomach. This is my fourth Friday since I quit drinking. Incredible. I haven't had a drop.

Proud of you, escapist. Those first few weekends were such a challenge. Glad you made it through. It will get easier as you go along.

You give me hope! This is my first Friday. I think being sick is helping me through. It's my 4th day without drinking not sure if I'm feeling this down due to a real cold that I do have or from withdrawl. Either way I'm grateful that I'm sitting on this couch feeling terrible rather than drinking! Me and vodka get along real well also atleast that's what my mind thought for a long time!
