Down but not out!!!!

Its time I put the line in the sand and make my stand. Tonight is that time iam so sick and tired of being sick and tired! If others before me can do it so can I!!!

So for the last time this is my day 1 again........,,

My plan... That's the hard part, I,don't know weather I should try aa again I really was not happy, avrt worked well for me. Defiantly going to be on this site, reading my books on spirituality prayer mediating and exercising.

But any advice would be much appreciated..

You said you liked AVRT....did you read Rational recovery? If not, do so. It could end this war within.

Reading on here and AVRT are both good plans. Try to plan something else to do at trigger times.
