I was at a class tonight and the topic was Relapse Prevention. They shared a quote I liked and thought I would share.

"Recovery is like going up a down escalator. There is no such thing as standing still; as soon as you stop going up you begin moving backwards."

Some days it feels like I need to run really fast to keep moving up that escalator.

Thanks for the post Delilah. There's a quote I like that is about relapse 'I never did anything in moderation, except maybe the steps'. Makes sense when you look at it.
