I think I am becoming a cat...
Couldn't sleep at all last night -- then this morning, the thought of getting dressed and going to work seemed as hard as climbing to the moon, so I didn't do it. Just been sleeping / lazing around in bed. Sobriety has made me adopt my cats' sleep schedule lol. Granted I still only have 1.5 days but I dunno how much more of this me and my job can handle...

You need to develop a sleep hygiene. DO NOT sleep during the day at all, not even a nap.
Bad sleeping habits and lack of work is #1 cause of depression! Read about it online.
Get exercise, eat better! It is all in your hands...

Try some camomile tea before bed and/or some lavender oil drops on yur pillow. Also a hot bath before bed is particularly relaxing. Try and keep yur mind clear, try and empty all thoughts from yur head. If al else fails maybe go for a walk or something. Do something productive with yur awake time To keep yur mind off the drink.
