I think I am well again , at least phyically
Going to get the food going again tomorrow but wear a sign, I am possbly toxic. Should have worn it when I was married. Should have worn it so I could have seen it in the mirror. My humor is coming back, always a good sign for me. Very cold out need to do warm food.

I have spit coffee over my keyboard, not recommended. I have spit otherr stuff too. Not recommended. A clean key board a clean life I rembember dropping my glasses in the toliet at work and dropping my cell phone in trying to fish them out.
