I've made it to 12 days sober today. Granted there have been some mood swings and it's not always easy but it's better. I feel better than I have in a while and that constant worrying about where or when my next drink is coming from has gone because I'm just not drinking. I'm not saying that I haven't had a craving here or there but the daily pull to make sure I had enough alcohol has been taken away and that feels very liberating!

well done janis, 12 days is amazing,i hope to be there soon,just started today, my first af day in a very long time.
im going to my first aa meeting next tues, and iv apologised to my family, and this time, it feels different, i not only need to do this,,, but i want to.
