Hello, I'm new here. Just wanted to say hi!
I have been in Al Anon for about 9 months. Currently married to a binge drinking alcoholic. Just here looking for support and encouragement and doing a lot of reading. I've been on a merry go round for many years, and I'm feeling ready to get off and take it one day at a time.

I only joined in October & SR has been supportive, informative & helped me a lot.
I opted to get off the rollercoaster merryground as was with alcoholic boyfriend for 2 1/2 years. It's hard but as you say it's one day at a time.
