The good news is....

Had a hell of a week at my place. Declared war on Dino. Got a forclosure letter from the bank. Got scarey news about an ill relative.

My cousin is still not doing too hot but the forclosure letter was a mistake and I have issued a ceasefire on the homefront. I decided to try to act normal tonight. One of my favorite pastimes is mystery novels. Priced them lately??? I buy from the used bookstore up the street or the Goodwill store. The Goodwill store is best because paperbacks are 50 cents, but it ain't the library. You take what they have. The world came right again as I perused the disarray on the shelves at the Goodwill Store. They had 4 novels by one of my favorite authors that I haven't read! Guess what I'm gonna do?

Post your good news here!

I'm happy some good came your way Smoke! I'm feeling pretty good right now because my bf is supposed to come home in 20 minutes and I'm not staring at the clock wondering if he will be here or on the phone asking if he will be here. Sloooooooowly trying to detach.

My good news is that I been feeling really squirmy lately and my answer came. Another stab at the steps...clean out another emotional closet and JT is not feeling as squirmy anymore.

take the good with the bad

good news, I got a ton of gardening in yesterday and went running (my drug of choice!) and avoided an argument with my 14 year old (not an easy task) by detaching (hey, this works for teens, too!!!) and feel pretty good......
the bad news, in my cleaning spree found more "empties" around the property.
back to the good news: it didn't ruin my day!!!! :bemine

The good news is...
I got some time to go out for a long walk today. I aired out my head and had a nice commune with Ma Nature. It's great to see the trees coming back to life again.

Today is my moms birthday - she is 77. The dolls I had feared were lost (supposed to be here in two days) finally arrived today (10 days later). I am here (SR) and here (alive) to talk about these things
