Insomnia is the hardest thing in my recovery
Insomnia is the hardest thing in my recovery
Been awake all night. it is 4:30 here just gave up. Going to fix some food to take out but not too early these guys get rattled if awakened so reading posts and listening to music
I have seen docs for years and been on all meds. It runs in the family some nights are ok some nights not. So I will take what it is. funny some of the family have been to sleep clinics and basically been diagnosed as not sleeping. But I am awake alive on line so it is good.

Hello Fitz. It's lunch time here so light (I like the light) had a bad night too - dreamt that I was being chased by 2 giant knitting needles trying to poke my eyes out....errrrr....go figure.
It sounds as though you have a good approach to insomnia most of the time - no point getting too mad at it (the B>) :>)

I don't knit lol my Mum does - as I know your schedule so well now I reckon we are 8 hours apart
p.s. I just spent 2 hours blowing leaves which was a complete waste of time as the wind was totally against me

well time is realative. So you are mid day. We are really getting into winter. We need snow though because that is what feeds the water pack. We had deer coming down all summer just to eat grass.
