Relapse...Again

I've been trying to stay clean for a while now but I relapsed. I had a concussion and continued to use so it made me really sick. I am going to rehab tomorrow and I am really nervous to go. I am not really sure what to expect there. And I am nervous about what I will do after rehab. Dealing with addiction in rehab is different than when you are home and that is what makes me soo nervous.

I've never been to rehab but I wish you well, sobernowornever.

I'm sure the facility will have suggestions and probably a programme for when you get out

Rehab is a safe loving place most of the time. I had a great time at one so much I went back to another. Lol, it is strange though just go in with an open heart and it can really help. Good luck Sober ((((((sober)))))))

Have fun in rehab. You will probably hate it when you are then but then miss it when you are gone. At least that was my experience of it. I know it's going to be hard when you are there but try to take the most out of each and every day.

Try to stay focused on today and not worry so much about later. You will cross that bridge when you come to it.

And I am nervous about what I will do after rehab.

Your not even there yet and your letting yourself worry about when your out. Try not to think of all the what if's....

Keep it simple, ONE DAY AT A TIME and that is the key to living outside rehab also..
