Just need to take care of myself today
It is so cold here I have no food in the place need to go out and get something. Sometimes you can feel homeless in a home. Off the pity pot read a bit and out I go. I have like shakes I take meds fror but I think people think I am detoxing.

Get a Kindle! It really rocks! I'd hate to read a paper book again.
Another good time killer that's good for your brain- TED! Just google "TED talks." They're lectures by some really brilliant people on a broad variety of subjects from how to tie your shoes or wash your hands (hey, you'd be surprised how cool those ones were!) to social media, philosophy, technology, etc.
