Hi, Whitehorses here totally sober and happy
Hi all, not been on here since feb.. all that time. Just to let you all know i have kicked my alcohol problem well and truly. Some of you will know i USED to drink... one and a half bottles of wine a night.. yuck, so hard to believe now.
I no longer have any urges at all, never thought, or believed this was possible.
I weight train at home regular, have an amazing figure, only a size 6 but very well proportioned, have started dating again, and really , life is good, and so precious.
I now finally see how poisonous alcohol is, the damage it does.. skin , liver, health, you all know.. i wake up every morning calm and collected, no longer stress, or am depressed,( used to pay for those "privileges" ) .

That's great whitehorses! I just joined 9 or so days ago and you give me hope. Thanks for dropping back in to share your success. You never know when that small act could make or break someone's decision to throw in the towel.
