2 am I think insomnia is an issue

Instead of drinking I am on line. well i am drinking a health juice. I want to research the connection between insomnia and alcohol i bet it is there. Otherwise life is good. Used to drive my wife nuts being up all night now I just drve myself nuts. But it is a short drive

I think chronic insomnia can have many possible causes.
You ever see a Dr about it?

I've experienced a lot of insomnia recently too. I do puzzles on line.

Yea going nuts tonight/morning. I think I'll make 80 pankakes to take out in the morning. that should yake my time up.

Well not going nuts always been there. I must admit I would like to live in Ireland. So how crazy is that. I like my life though so am blessed. I don't sleep much at night.
