Another First Weekend

Well I am trying again after a week long bender - this will be my first sober weekend again. Good luck to everyone else who is sharing this with me.

This will be my first sober weekend in years. 5 days sober. Planning to keep myself busy on here and with meetings.

It appears that quiting and then drinking is a pattern. What are you going to do differant this time? What is your plan to stay sober?

Good luck Copperfield! Though I always feel a bit funny about saying that, like drinking or not is merely a matter of chance... You have the strength to stay sober, just don't be afraid to ask for help if and when you need it x

Hope you guys all made it through the night. Day 8 for me (although it is getting close to mid isn't so almost day 9) I am still in a day by day mode, this site has been great!!!
