A strange relationship. Will turn to music. Whatever gets you through the night but not booze.

I remember that sleep deprivation qualifies as torture under International law, and can believe it. I find that keeping strict hours (bed around 9, up by 4) and no knaps helps me. also, there are meds that i have to take, and one that I take at night has drowiness as a side effect, so of course that helpsI know that that taking meds seems an odd thing to do, but part of my recovery is based on taking meds exactly as prescribed, so I try not to guilt out over this rather useful side effect. If you suffer chronic insomnia, you might think of seeing a doctor about it; i understand that it can become a rather serious health issue. Good luck with it---Rick
