Been on a lot this week because of being in bed a lot. Often don't respond but always processing. We are quite a community. I miss the people who go away, I apperciate the people who come on. I think I am becoming an old timer with my join date.

I sometimes feel as if I don't deserve to be on this site as I feel I don't know enough of the suffering first hand and am lucky to be reasonably ok in life, but I hope that I can just say one little thing a day that makes someone feel a bit better...

I try to hit SR every day to keep things in perspective. It's helpful to remind myself 1) how bad it can get and 2) that I'm not the only person in the world that simply can't control myself with regards to alcohol.
