Things can get very turned around in recovery
My ex sponsor called me to talk. I had no idea what to say so I just listened. He didn't need answers he just needed to let things out. It is hard because I feel like I should know what to say and have the right answers, like there are any. Used to bother me in AA someone would share than you would just move on maybe not a bad thing. Getting things out and moving on. Not so much about feedback. I do like the feedback in SR but a different process.
