Terrible Night to start day 7...Manic Monday!
I did not sleep worth a darn, I woke up several times during the night....I also have sleep apnea which really doesn't help matters much.....sigh!!! I have alot of running to do for today...which involves a trip to the cemetery and other stresses that in the past I ended up drinking to calm down 
I have no intention of drinking today, I just need good thoughts or prayers so that I can make it through the day, without drinking and in a semi decent disposition as not to bite anyone's head off...please and Thank you

Prayers and thoughts headed your way. Put nothing ahead of your sobriety. The cemetary and it's residents are not going anywhere. Remember HALTS Hungry, Angry, Lonely, Tired, Sad.
