Never let them get you down

I dont care if you think that I will drink again. I am sober

I dont care that you think I can have "Just One". I am sober

I dont care that you think I am overreacting. I am sober

I dont care if you disagree, agree or are indifferent. I am sober

I dont care if you do not support this decision. I am sober

I will continue on my path. It is my road to walk and not anyone else's I will not let anyone persuade my decision. I will never underestimate my strength and power again. I might get weak at times and that is alright. I may cry, scream, kick, yell and make a fuss over this at some point in time. Today I am sober. Today is all that i have.

Mizzuno, beautifully written and heart felt.

I say I don't care a lot. It's my way of clearing a path to get where I want to go.
