I Laughed Tonight...I Mean True Laughter
Over the silliest thing. It was just an unexpected funny sounding sneeze that scared my wife and me both! We both laughed out loud but while doing so it dawned on me how foreign that felt. I had not laughed and felt true, free, uninhibited joy in a very long time. I ended up with tears in my eyes which I assume were from the laughter.
This was a true blessing. A tangible sign that maybe life can be fun, care free, enjoyable....dare I say "normal" ?? This is a process but it feels like I reached a milestone for some reason. What a great sneeze. : )

Happier.... Thanks for sharing that. I have experienced this feeling. It becomes also,st a sad happy laugh. Hard to translate but I felt like wow... Something is changing in me and I like that.
