Encouragement
RAH on day 20. Has a new job and going to meetings. So how much encouragement should I give him? Don't want him think I trust him too much or that I have forgotten the past but I want him to know I appreciate his efforts. Thanks

How about starting with "how are you?" He may not want to talk about it, even to hear praise or encouragement. If there is an opening to let him know you appreciate what he is doing, I bet you'll spot it. If there isn't, ah well. It's his thing.
