The Beast is Strong Today
I am having so many thoughts like it would be so much fun this weekend to wake up and make a big breakfast with a 12 pack of beer. 'It was so much fun in the past, can't wait until I can do that again'.

'You can handle it once in a while, especially if you have nothing else that you HAVE to do that day, right?'

Interesting, MrRitter. I found that the my beast would use much more devious and damaging things, especially when it came to confidence in myself around my resolve and ability. When I was working at accepting my big plan, the AV was saying some pretty brutal things. Since they were pointing at getting me to drink again, or at making me feel incapable, I knew where these thoughts came from, and because of that, I knew what to do with them. No fight, no wrassling, just acceptance without judgement or hankie twisting.
