My last post was not good
I hate to admit it, I don't like cooking! What I do is cook a huge amount of something (stew, bolagnaise) portion it up and freeze it. Take out a portion or two the night before to defrost it, then... *****, quick nutritious dinner and hardly any washing up!
Here's a good one if you like peanut butter
1 banana
1 cup sugar free almond milk
1 tbsp peanut butter
1/2 box frozen chopped spinach
1scoop protein powder (I use chocolate)
You don't taste the spinach at all. I drink it every day.
