Books/Literature

I see a lot of threads on here mentioning the literature/books related to AVRT and RR. At this time, I do not have the extra money to purchase books. Are there online resources that outline some more parts of RR/AVRT that can tide someone over until purchasing the books?

I think most of it this is self-explanatory, but I'm an action based person and avid reader. I don't want to miss any important details.

The website is https://rational.org/index.php?id=1

A good place to start is the crash course:

MissyShelle, the idea that you need more info, some fancy course, or DVDs, or books that are expensive for you to buy, might just be that AV of yours telling you lies again. Make no mistake, you can do this, books or no books.

Even so, AVRT the Cure is good, recommended, and available for cheap on Amazon. Much cheaper than a 40 of vodka.

Looks like Amazon currently has used copies of RR the new cure for $1.43 plus $3.99 shipping.

Thank you everyone. FreshStart, I know I can do this without the books, I just see them mentioned so frequently, I was curious.

Soberlicious, thank you. I love Amazon!

oh so do I!!! Amazon and Ebay...I mainly purchase shoes. I'm not addicted to shoes or anything. I mean I can stop any time I want to and I'm not hurting anyone. I think I will stop after this...one...last...pair. LOL

Missy, I think you will like the RR book. Cool stuff.
