Thing is... dreams are just dreams, they are not real. If they were, I would be married to Brad Pitt, have loads of money and a load of other wacky stuff that I dream.

I get kinda scared at bedtime, too. I always used to determine the "dosage" it would take to put me out depending on when I wanted to be asleep. Just needed to get the right amount of wine to knock me out, maybe add a pill or two if necessary. Now I just lay there til I zonk out. It sometimes takes awhile. I got about 2 hours of sleep last night.

Still, it's worth it to be in control of myself the rest of the day.
