We have a major Naval air station here, home to Top Gun, why in the desert I do not know. But they did a chopper fly over. I did freak.I kept thinking medic medic. How do you get over things even sober. I guess I just do. I go on can't go back.

that's tough stuff. Must have been very scary. Not knowing much about PTSD, how is your doctor treating you for this? Is there evidence you can get past it?

Were you in the Army MCF? PTSD is very common in servicemen/women. I would have it after my first day training. I am a big wuss who is afraid of her own shadow! Are you having any kind of therapy for it, I'm waiting for CBT for my stupid anxiety!

Yes, that chopper thing would definately freak me out... but then again, I get freaked out by low flying seagulls! x
