What do you drink now?
Gatorade, iced tea (flavored and unflavored), diet soda, and lots and lots of water! I am not a big water drinker though, so I flavor it with cucumbers, lemon, strawberries (yum!) and other fruit. Gives it just a hint of a fruity flavor without being too sweet. I can drink gallons of the stuff!

Tons of water. Chocolate milk - especially when I can't sleep (I don't know, it helps me)
Smoothies
Flavored iced coffee drinks
I make Shirley Temples at home when I'm craving something super sweet...I sometimes get them at restaurants, but it's just a rare occassion when we are sitting at the bar waiting for a table.
If it's a special occassion like New Years Eve or anniversary party, I get out my fancy painted wine glass and pour the sparkling white grape or sparkling apple juice so I can toast too.

I drink tonic with lime for special occasions but I have been told this is not a good idea because of Gin and Tonic. I never really associated Tonic with alcohol so for me it is not a problem. Diet coke and ice tea are my drinks of choice on a daily basis. I have found drinking anything helps. Just having something in your hand that you can drink seems to make a differance.

No-added-sugar lemon squash diluted with water, but must have a good slice of fresh lemon in it as well. Have tried orange squash, carrot, cranberry, red bull (yuk), but like the lemon taste best - its really satisfying. Also hot tea with a slice of cake in the afternoon.
I've found a new addiction in the Green Tea iced tea at the local convenient store. 3 half gallon jugs for $5.
Except for all the liquor, I primarily drank water, but I do love hand squeezed fresh lemonade when the lemons are $1 a piece. Though I guess with the money I'm not spending on alcohol, I could probably splurge.

I still love ginger ale and guzzle it when I'm off work. I drink water most of the day at work. I have wondered about NA Beer but don't think thats a good idea. Too close to the edge. I guess this thread was a way to see if that came up.

The only NA beer I'm aware of in my area (O'douls) actually has 0.5% alcohol so it's not truly non-alcoholic. I'm not familiar with any other.
I found a 0% beer once. It wasn't 0.005% it was a straight 0%. Problem was it tasted like booze and I found myself getting like an almost seemingly drunk feeling from it. The problem is the association. Opening the can, pouring it. Or putting it to your lips and smelling it at the same time....relapser.

I drink almost two picthers of iced tea a day after my two cups of coffee. When I used to drink I drank heavily and even sober I drink heavily it's just alcohol free and the iced tea is good stuff.
When I want to, kind of ritualize, I guess... like with people visiting or in the evening while reading and listening to music, I like to carefully brew hot tea... and the season is upon us for that!... I like Dan Cong Oolong tea, good stuff, a little expensive and hard to find lately, or Moonlight White... you gotta watch temp and time, but worth the trouble.
When I just want to crack open a cold beverage, .... Diet Coke, LOL
