The insanity can end. AA worked for me. I used to get up at 6:00 AM, make coffee, go out have a smoke, go to the garage and drink a couple of ounces of cheap vodka to start my day. So it can always get worse but there is another way if you want it.

At least you came to SR. Just because you have the 6 pack doesn't mean you have to finish it. If you're here, you must be thinking about a change. Now put the thoughts into action. You can do it!

yeah I'm a bender drinker -- I go 3-4, even 6-7 days without but then go hard. certainly contemplate making a change, or even convince myself that I have made one when I'm on a sober run.
