Withdrawal?
Hi all, have posted here before but not for a while.. Binge drinker who normally drinks every second day.. My question is, how long does it usually take for physical withdrawal symptoms to appear? Until last night I had not had a drink for 4 days and was not suffering any symptoms.. Just had a craving and stupidly gave in..
Hi WillJ
None of us are Doctors and there's no one answer.
I can only answer from my own experience but withdrawal used to set in within a few hours.
If you're concerned please see a Dr.
Good to see you back here - it's a good place to be if you're struggling

Thanks for the replies guys.. It's not that I am too concerned was just wondering whether or not I am at the point of having a physical addiction yet as I do not have any withdrawal symptoms when not drinking for four or five days.. It seems to be just cravings and me convincing myself that it's ok for me to drink because I do not get any physical symptoms
