Update
Taylor, my 19yr old AD is in day 2 of a 28 day program...and I am on my way to my first Alanon meeting in 30 minutes. This whole process is new to me and every hr...everyday... I am learning something new. I have read 3 books on addicton, because I cant sleep...also finding it hard to concentrate at work...but sitting home just makes me think and think and think...Anyone have any good recommendations on books?
We have shared Taylors addiction with the whole family...and it is a huge weight off my shoulders not having this dirty little secret. Ive have 'kept it to myself way too long...
I am trying to tell myself that I will have a life beyond this...but it is all consuming.
