PLEASE stay encouraged!
Just a note to check in with everyone and to encourage some of you who may just be a few days into your sobriety. Please, please, please stick with your sobriety plan and please stay encouraged!
I'm 30 days sober (after almost 20 years of daily abuse). I am feeling absolutely fabulous! I am down 12 pounds, my complexion is glowing and I am sleeping like a baby all night! No cravings, no crazies. My only regret is that I waited so long to quit.
If I can do this, so can you!!!

Soulgypsy, that is great news, and thanks for those encouraging words. No one can say it better than someone who is having the experience this moment. I like this part the most: You are right, we all can do this. Well done.
My only regret is that I waited so long to quit.
