Only 3;15 but slept no bad dreams
I slept several hours can't even remember dreaming. I'll take what i can get. Maybe my crazed therapist and sobriety is helping. Early but will make homeless sandwiches. I can not peel eggs, anyone has a trick.

Good morning Fitz. Glad to hear you had some peaceful sleep. And that you didn't fall out of bed or anything else potentially harmful 
When I peel an egg, I tap it gently on the counter to make a crack (on the side of the egg, not the top) and then start peeling away. Some are easier then others. Hopefully you don't have to many! But it is a very meditative process, and one in which you have tangible results. All those shiny peeled eggs.

I'll give it a try. Easier to spam but a little to C rat for folks. Can't go too early anyway because some wake violent. Egg salad is very popular not sure why. PBJ is not becuase its jail food. Its quite a culture. I guess this is my sober thing.

Also, if you chill them in running cold water, the inside will contract a bit.
A piece of paper towel underneath makes tidying up the shells easier too!
