Day 9. I made it through my first weekend sober and without being hungover. It feels great! I had a few tough moments this weekend when someone would say "Let's go drink, IR when I knew someone was drinking in the house, so I knew alcohol was available. My AV tried to talk to me a few times, but I just thought about how bad drinking makes me feel, and how much more energy I have now. I feel clear-headed and happy. For the first time in a long time I think I can really do this.
A big thanks to all of the wonderful people on SR for all of the support and love I've been given over the last week and a half. Have a great week everyone.
