On the bright side
Been caught up in some tough posts of my making but on the bright side one more day sober. Over 6 months now. Haven't backed into anyones car today. Read a lot of posts but have so few answers. I see my PTSD therapist tomorrow, scares the heck out of me.

Not to condone it, but we're all human and we lose our tempers. Stopping alcohol does not make us saints. You caught it before it got out of hand, apologies were made, and put it behind you.
It can be dangerous territory for us, losing it, but again, we're only human.
