Day 4, insomnia is the worst part
Alright, day 4. The insomnia is being a PITA. I've always had sleep troubles which were probably fogged over when I was, well fogged over. Actually paid bills sober last night which kinda sucked having to face. Oh well, I'm going to have a really, really clean garage in a week from now!
Also, it was nice going to the grocery store and having money for food!

Melatonin, like anything, ius not suitable for everyone - it works great for some and not for others.
Most of us find we eventually find a normal sleep pattern again - but I'd recommend folks see their Dr if they're suffering from debilitating insomnia.

Man, the insomnia was terrible my first week. Now I'm at 19 days and I fall asleep before midnight every night like clockwork: first time in my life.
Hang in there. It should get better in time.
Congrats on 4 days. The first days are the hardest days.
