Rough day
Today is a rough day. I'm trying to keep breathing. Grama was a mess today. Very irritable and angry. I understand. My uncle was not so understanding. I just got kids from school, they are pissy. I need a way to unwind. Ughhhh..... Suggestion please.....

Take one thing at a time, smile even if you don't feel like it as it releases endorhpins :> and have a look at this (you may have seen it)

Having someone to share your ups and downs
with is a good way to not have to carry all lifes
burdens on your shoulder by yourself but to know
you are definitely not alone. Everyone has them
and thank goodness we are given tools of recovery
to help us get thru them is an awesome gift.
Each day is different with different ups and downs
and we will have clouds and we will have sun. Taking
those ups and downs and working thru them helps
us get stronger in recovery as we inch towards living
a more happier, content sober or clean life in sobriety.
Take each day getting at least one thing done is a
huge accompliment at the end of that day. Take time
for yourself and pause in between when you are restless,
irritable or discontent and take care of yourself if your
hungry, angry, lonely or tired. Those are triggers we
face in recovery everyday and just having common
sense on how to treat each one will further you along
in ur recovery.
Stay positive and be kind to yourself because you
are that worth it in life and sobriety.

Grief is always hard Chard, and I'm sorry.
A drink won;t help you or your family though - and I know you know that
There's some good suggestions here though. A brisk walk always helps me.

I got through it. I'm ok. I'm going to take my melatonin and doze off rewatching sons of anarchy from last night. Taking some deep breaths and trying to remain centered. Thank you all!
