As I read through all the posts, it seems that so many people are on the cusp of some really great break-throughs. It would be great if everybody could give somebody an extra push to hit a milestone.

Mine goes out to Liz, who is staring down Week 1, and Week 2 already knows it is going to get beaten like Week 1! Go Liz!

Also special messages to everybody who had a really rough weekend. It is a new week...make this the one during which you turn it all around!

Absolutely! What a week to turn things around on. Cooler weather, lots of people giving support, and lots of lessons learned. Just reading through posts this weekend, a lot of things I had concluded on my own were confirmed for me. I have yet to see somebody claim they feel better on that stuff as opposed to the feeling after weeks/months of abstaining. Why go back to it? I mean, really, what benefit does it give? I am thankful for everybody who posted their successes and their struggles, because that allows me to know that I have made the right choice.

Thanks everybody. Don't waste this week!
