sobering up

Its hard sometimes to stop but its been 8 hours since my last drink. Drinking lots of juice and water. I keep throwing it up but I drink more of the juice and water.

Thanks for listening!

It sure is Act10n. I'm 19 hours sober (not long I know but it's a start). I've been vomiting and shaking all day too. It's hard isn't it? You can do it and I can do it - Let us help each other. Thinking of you

Excellent. I was a bit worried about you last night. Please keep in mind how you feel right now. That stuff will never make you feel any better, and it only gets worse. Use that as motivation to kick it to the curb!

glad you're back. if you've got it, watered down blue gatorade is good.

Isn't it comforting to read the cares,
concerns and support from people
you've never met in your life before?

I'm sending a ray of sunshine ur way.
in hopes you begin to feel stronger

Gatorade is awesome for this. You may still puke but your body will absorb at least some nutrients...salt, sugar are key! As for the puking itself, see the positive: your body is weening the toxicity. You can and will beat this.
