Ekawo

I've lurked for a while here and elsewhere. I'd like to start a daily journal of sorts to share my thoughts, track my supplements, vent, etc. But I don't want it on one of the larger blog sites right now. Would the blog section here be good for this, or is it customary for people to just start their own thread? I'm on day 1 again but this time it seems different, more optimistic.

Many start a thread to introduce themselves but this is certainly not a requirement. Essentially it's your recovery and you do whatever you're comfortable with, and if this means blogging until you are ready then go for it.

I'm a big believer in moving at your own pace so welcome Ekawo

Either is good, might try playing around with the blog first and see if that works.

Ok good, wasn't certain if there was a sort of custom. Bout to head to the library to pick up a different book. I'm surprised by how good I feel today given how stupid I got yesterday. Really feeling like I can actually do this.
