Other than that I am listening to music and my heart and thankful today is another sober day. It can be tough, I miss my ex but I can go on. 6 months (again). Someday I may get my sit together as I used to tell my dog.

Title should have included fear of the future.

Yeah - I hear ya Fitz - regret for the past and fear of the future: the two great immobilizers....

We're all here today., trying to stay sober, and that is a gift in and of itself.

I love being in the here and now i can nearly always find something nice to look at and am able to count my blessings .
