terrible memories of the shakes
Had the shakes today, under the weather but was at the store getting something I could down and all I think everyone thought I was hungover. Would a normie even go there with the thought. I almost couldn't work the card machine, that brought back memories. Once I has a big bottle of vodka and had to have the checkout person enter my PIN i couldn't work my fingers. On the bright side i'm working the keyboard. I drank some superfood it helped. All be well.

It worked. Listened to Cream White Room and my spirits lifted and without being stoned. Its funny to enjoy music for its on sake . I missed so many good moments by not being in the moment. What to listen to next? Maybe try younger music but don't know any. I was frozen in the 60s

Much better, thanks. Just need faith and not fear. I keep checking my hands to see if they are shaking, hard to get over old habits. Just a second at a time and let the next take care of itself. When panic attacks pass it feels pretty good. To let it happen without booze is unbelievable but life rights itself. Any good rock groups to suggest, trying to expand.
