hello from rehab
Hi everyone.
Feeling hopeful. Learning much, about myself and addiction in general.
This is probably the best thing I could have done for myself and I am grateful that I am here.
If you are lucky enough to have the opportunity for rehab, go for it. You won't regret it.
I'll check in again when I can.

Thank you all!
The food is great and there's too much of it! Haha.
I'm already getting dialed back into AA and loving it more than ever. Been to some awesome speaker meetings lately. One speaker had a sobriety date of Oct. 3, 1969. How 'bout that?
I've found that the further down alcohol dragged me, the more the BB speaks to me. There is so much wisdom in that book it's not even funny.
I resisted rehab for a long time, and am sorry that I did.

It blows my mind.....Remember you not only have to read what's in it....You have to do what's in it. I'm glad to hear you're not starving in there....Keep up the good work!!
