What the bleep do we know!?
What the bleep do we know!?
I just watched this movie and it was simply awesome. It totally redefined my views on consciousness, recovery, addiction, choice, higher powers and all of that.
A brief summary is that it is a joining of quantum physics, neurobiology and spirituality. Along with a Polish wedding of course.
It was both very deep and light hearted at the same time. It is currently available on Netflix. It is something I am going to watch again because by the time it was done I felt there was much I had missed simply because my world view was turned inside out by the end of the movie.
If anyone else has seen. It I would like to hear your opinion.
Simply effing WOW.
Your friend,

Your friend,
I saw it when it came out, way back when. And I think it was a great primer and probably raised group consciousness, considerably.
I also think that people either resonate with the material, or don't. It would only appeal to those of a particular vibration.

Your friend,
It's not a coincidence if you've ever listened to Bishop TD Jakes' sermon, "Nothing Just Happens." I found it very comforting and inspiring...
I'm going to watch this movie this weekend...it looks very interesting according to the reviews and summary.
I started reading a book the other night - a bio by a recovering alcoholic - titled "Unwasted". The author is Sacha Z. Scoblic. So far, its a very interesting journey into the mind of an early-recovery alcoholic and the terribly distorted thinking that accompanies it all. I'm only about 1/4 through it but so far, quite an eye-opener as to how differently alcoholics think about the world than "normies" do.

A sneak peek into "Unwasted"
Most highlighted quote: Addicts often don't acquire normal life skills. We have to practice those things that come innately to most: behaving like adults, paying our own way in life, doing the right thing instead of the easy thing, and being honest.
Really jarred me to read that, written by a recovering alcoholic. I've heard similar sentiments before in AA meetings, but never like this.

Ok - stormy rainy night in my neck of the woods, so I watched this movie now instead of waiting.
What can I say? Blew my mind!
"All emotion is holographically imprinted chemicals"
So ok, going to process this for a while.
Thanks Mike for the recommendation. Made an impression on me today, that's for sure!

Thank you all. You made my day.
