This is my first day of sobriety! It's been quite uneventful. The weekend will be a true test since that's when I typically go out and drink with friends.

I use to drink hard regardless, weekends mean a lot more to me now that I can experience them with a clear head. The 'firsts' are hard to get through, but try to remember that they are just excuses we use to drink, like; I lost my job (drink), I got a job (drink), I stumped my toe (drink), I almost stumped my toe (drink) etc...
