Hello Everyone, Wow what a month I have had. It all started at work where I am floor supervisor. We have a lady in my office who is trying to make my life hell. The owner of the company has been out of the country for a month now and I cannot communicate with him. She has made several of my sells agents quit. I got into a huge fight with her. She fired one of the other mangers and put a agent in charge who is smoking crack and only shows up maybe 3 times a week. This whole thing has me so mad I am not even sure I want to work for this company anymore. I have been working for this company for 4 years now. I have been praying for God to provide with with the answers that I need to make the right decision. I have worked so hard to find peace in my life and now this. When I go to work I have knots in my stomach there is so much negativity since the owners been gone I cant stand it. I did not get clean and sober to be miserable it is the first job that I have been able to keep for this long I know I can find another job and have had other companies approach me already. I am just so overwhelmed right now not sure what to do.Help!

The best time to look for work is when you are working. I'd be looking if I were you.

When does the owner return?

Can you take a "leave of absence"?

Do you have sober friends who know you and your situation? An AA sponsor?

I think if you're unhappy and you have other offers it makes sense to look at those offers lh
