Made it to Day2
Made it to Day2
Alright, here we go. Night sweats still there but have gotten better. Having weird using dreams or searching to use. Slept a lot yesterday after work and woke up positive which turned into anxiety a little bit ago. Going for my follow up shrink appointment to check on my meds after work and finally made an appointment for a therapist.
Just needed to say something for myself to know that I'm here and still sober. Hoping and convincing myself to stay the course. I know it will be better but I'm afraid of when that freaking voice in my head comes roaring out.

Aggg those dreaded night sweats.. But the good thing about them is your sleeping..
All those things will pass soon. Hope you start getting your mind ready. You have to train it and learn tools for when those "voices" come at you..
I use and wouldnt be here without AA, but there are many options I hope youll use one..

I am prepared for those horrible voices and to fight them in whatever manner I can. I know it's not going to be easy and have been here before.
Thanks for all the supporting words through this struggle. I would really like to do this and make this change. I am willing to do whatever it takes.
Day 3 is here and I have to say with some relief, it's a good day. I'm feeling good which is a welcome change. One day at a time. That's all you can do.
